These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnTempo Golf application ("the App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using OnTempo Golf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
OnTempo Golf is a swing tempo training application for iOS and watchOS that provides guided audio tempo training (Training Mode) and real-time swing tempo measurement via Apple Watch (Practice Mode). The App is designed as a training aid and is not a substitute for professional golf instruction.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use OnTempo Golf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Refunds for in-app purchases are managed by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. We encourage you to use the full 3-day free trial to evaluate the App before purchasing. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
You agree to use OnTempo Golf only for its intended purpose as a personal golf tempo training tool. You may not:
All content, features, and functionality of OnTempo Golf — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, audio tones, logos, and software code — are the exclusive property of OnTempo Golf and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
OnTempo Golf is a training aid designed to help improve golf swing tempo. The App does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice. Before beginning any exercise or training program, consult with a qualified healthcare professional. Use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during use of the App.
OnTempo Golf is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnTempo Golf and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
Practice Mode swing detection relies on Apple Watch sensor data. Accuracy may vary depending on your Watch model, wear position, swing characteristics, and environmental conditions. Tempo ratios are provided as training feedback and should not be considered precision measurements.
Your use of OnTempo Golf is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which OnTempo Golf is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
